Sunday April 26 gathering will include:
Guided nature walk with sensory awareness practices.
Aromatherapy and mindful grounding moments.
Closing the the gathering with a sound bath to help feel grounded for the month ahead.
What to Bring:
Yoga mats are provided; however, guests are welcome to bring their own mat if preferred. Dress comfortably and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
