Virtual Wellness Coaching

Duration: 40 minutes @ $90.00

A 1-on-1 Zoom session focused on supporting emotional wellness and clarity. You’ll be guided and coached through mindfulness techniques, stress management tools, somatic coping practices to help you process and rebalance in a safe, supportive space.

Sound Wellness Sessions

Each session includes a calming sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other instruments, paired with a guided breathwork or intention setting. Mats, blankets or cushions can be provided if needed as well as another other material depending on the focus on the sound session. Group participant may take tuns with any shared equipment or interactive tools.

These private sessions offer a personalized sound experience to help you relax, refocus, and reset. Ideal for stress relief, emotional release, or quiet self connection.

Child Focused Sound Session

10-30 minutes starting at $25

Gentle and sensory-friendly, these sessions are designed to support children’s emotional regulation, focus, or sleep. Great for winding down, especially for sensitive or neurodivergent children. It is a joyous and rewarding experience to let your creativity choose what to hear.

Couple Focused Sound Wellness

30 minutes @ $95

A relaxing and connective session designed for couples. Realign your energy, share a peaceful experience, and create space to slow down together. Ideal for anniversaries, date nights, or emotional reconnection/exploration.

Family/Small Group Sound Wellness (2-4 people)

60 minutes @ $ 120

A group experience tailored to your family or small groups needs- whether it’s calming energy, shared grounding, or intention setting and breathwork.

Group Sound Wellness (5-10 people)

60 minutes @ $180

90 minutes @ $210

These immersive sessions are designed to bring grounding, clarity and connection to your group. Whether it’s a women’s circle, friend’s gatherings, or any group interest, it includes a deep sound bath, optional group meditation, and breathwork.

Want to add a unique and meaningful experience to your event? I offer customizable sound bath experiences for birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, women’s circles, and corporate wellness sessions.

These sessions may include:
