Virtual Wellness Coaching

Duration: 30 minutes @ $55

A 1-on-1 Zoom session focused on wellness education and personal growth. Through mindfulness practices, stress awareness tools, somatic awareness skills, you’ll explore approaches to support well-being and clarity in a safe and supported setting.

Sound Wellness Sessions

Each session includes a calming sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other instruments, paired with a guided breathwork or intention setting.

Mats, blankets or cushions can be provided if needed as well as other materials depending on the focus on the sound session. Group participant may take turns with any shared equipment or interactive tools.

Individual Sound Wellness

30 minutes @ $55 (Virtual only)

OPTION: 30 minutes of 21’ Tibetan Sound Bowl Experience at $65.

These private sessions offer a personalized sound experiences encourage relaxation, mindful presence, and a sense of grounded calm. How it starts: regulating the breath and intention/activity followed by the remainder of sound bath.

The Tibetan Experience is where you step inside a large Tibetan foot bowl & feel the vibrations travel up your soles of the feet up the body. This is paired with breathwork and intention setting.

Child Focused Sound Session

10-30 minutes starting at $25 (Add on to a 60 to 30 min session)

Gentle and sensory-friendly, these sessions are designed to offer gentle, sensory-friendly sound experiences tailored to play, calm focus, and restful presence for children- Ideal for family relaxation and mindful moments.

Couple Focused Sound Wellness

30 minutes @ $95

60 minutes @ $ 120

A relaxing and connective session designed for couples. Share a peaceful experience, and create space to slow down together. Ideal for anniversaries, date nights, or emotional reconnection/exploration.

Family/Small Group Sound Wellness (2-4 people)

A group experience tailored to your family or small groups needs- whether it’s calming energy, shared grounding, or intention setting and breathwork.

Group Sound Wellness (5-10 people)

These immersive sessions are designed to bring grounding, clarity and connection to your group. Whether it’s a women’s circle, friend’s gatherings, or any group interest, it includes a deep sound bath, optional group meditation, and breathwork.
