REST & RELEASE — December Sound Bath

Before the year comes to a close, give yourself permission to slow down.

December can bring full calendars, long to-do lists, and plenty of expectations. This sound bath is an invitation to step away from the holiday rush, settle in, breathe, and create a little space for yourself.

Join us for a peaceful Saturday morning of sound, stillness, and intentional rest. Allow the sounds to create a calming space where you can reflect on the year, release some of the busyness, and make room for rest as you move into a new season.
