We will gather under the main pavilion and participants can choose from any open mats available.

• Mats will be provided (feel free to bring your own if you prefer)

• Dress comfortable

• Bring a water bottle

This is your chance to experience Mat Pilates, movement and connection.

If you haven’t done Pilates before, no worries! This is beginner friendly.
