Sound wellness is a practice that uses sound vibrations, music, and frequencies that may promote relaxation, self-awareness, and increases resilience.

A sound bath is one of the most popular forms of sound wellness. During a sound bath, participants typically lie down in a comfortable position or whichever position they are comfortable, while various instruments, such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and drums, are played. The sounds and vibrations from these instruments support relaxation and calm presence, opportunities for inner reflection, sensory engagement and grounding and mindful focus and clarity. The experience is similar to a "bath" of sound waves, which is why it's called a sound bath.
